Returns and Refund
smartfabric has a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to request a refund / return, if your items arrive damaged, faulty or not what you have ordered, or do not comply with legal warranties.
If you want to raise a refund / return issue with us please email email@example.com, our team is here to help. We do require photos of the fault to be sent to us before you return your item, this allows us to decide on the next step/s depending on where in the world you are located and what the item is.
In saying this, in regards to the Smart Fabric Face Masks specifically we are unable to accept returns, for Health & Safety reasons unless the item is in its original packaging, unopened, unwashed and unused. We can process part / full refunds depending on the issue.
After assessing the issue from photos supplied we will confirm with you whether the item should be returned to us or not, if so we will book a return courier and once we have received it will confirm either a replacement item has been sent or a refund will be processed on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
